Van was Recently diagnosed with Crossed Hemifacial Hyperplasia on Friday Nov 9th 2007. Here is some more information on it so you can understand it better:
Crossed hemifacial hyperplasia is a rare condition producing facial asymmetry and overgrowth of the extremities of the opposite side. Very few cases are reported in literature.
Because this condition is very rare, it is hard to find information on it. I will have to ask the doctor for more handouts, but, until then, here is a GREAT PDF you can look at that explains it into detail.
